P56 DBaaS- Database as a Service in a DBA’s World

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

DBaaS, especially with Database 12c will have DBAs focus less on building databases, but more on managing cloud environments. The DBA will only set up resource allocation, privileges and limits for users to request databases via the EM12c Self Service Portal. This session will offer the DBA the opportunity to get a clear view of this important aspect of our future in the cloud and begin to allocate their valuable time to the challenges that really interest them.
