One thing the DBA really should learn from the developers is the use of Source Control. The fact that most DBAs don`t use it, is a true proof of the distance between our developers and our DBAs. Some years ago you could get away by blaming the lack of tools; but not today. This presentation show how and why you really should be using Source Control for the changes in your databases, and some of the tools available.
